The star of Our new Nubble light Lobster Wellington is tender Maine lobster. The lobster is enveloped with a rich and creamy pate which is made from lobster enhanced with delicate herbs and spices then enclosed in a light flakey puff pastry. These are very easy to bake and serve. Each Wellington is 6 oz. and can be served as an appetizer or entrée. We include two Wellingtons in a box. The Wellingtons are shipped frozen and are very easy to prepare and serve. They are excellent right out of the oven or can be served with a light beurre blanc sauce.
